[idéias] Gunpei Yokoi: Nintendo’s Unsung Hero

There are many Nintendo workers to have gone unnoticed-- men of intellect who match Shigeru Miyamoto in game design or Hiroshi Yamauchi in business acumen. Men like Takao Shimizu, the director of Star Fox 64, or Takashi Tezuka, Miyamoto's right hand man. However, there is one man whose name has undeservedly not gone down in the annals of history, a man without whom Nintendo would now be a sub-Sega software outfit. He invented the D-Pad, the Game and Watch, the Game Boy, and helped create Kid Icarus and Metroid. Tragically, he died in 1997. And yet the common gamer does not know his name.
